Why do glass measurements matter for a tinting quote?
Glass measurements establish the area to be treated, which is one input in a film quote. They do not determine the whole price. Film specification, access, preparation, and any removal work still need confirmation during the free on-site assessment.
Window tinting is priced per square foot, so knowing your total window area gives you an accurate cost estimate before contacting an installer. Most Houston homes have 150–300 square feet of window glass across all rooms. Larger homes and commercial properties can exceed 500 square feet.
